3.2. Payment Terms

4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise that require cancellation of scheduled services. To avoid cancellation fees, clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time.
4.1. Late Cancellations
Canceling within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
5. Liability Limitations
Lucas Cleaners strives to provide high-quality services. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damages or issues that arise during the course of providing our services unless explicitly caused by our negligence.
5.1. Damage to Property
In the unlikely event of damage to your property, please inform us immediately. We will assess the situation and determine appropriate compensation or remedial actions.
6. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the efficient provision of our services, clients are expected to:
- Provide access to the premises at the agreed-upon times.

- Secure valuable or fragile items if they require special handling.
7. Scheduling and Appointments
Appointments should be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. We strive to accommodate preferred times and will confirm appointments upon scheduling.

13. Force Majeure
Lucas Cleaners shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or other unforeseen events.
14. Severability
